Craving for Milk Tea?
GOOD TO KNOW: Use the classic Summer Chill Black Tea for the real milk tea recipe. Add milk, and sweetener as desired. TIP: Add a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg for an extra kick!
BEST FOR: An invigorating milk tea, best either hot or cold | Also best for making iced tea.
Taste notes: Malty, bold
Use 2 tablespoons of tea with 700ml hot water and steep for 4 minutes. Strain the leaves our with fine mesh and let brewed tea cool for 5 minutes. Then pour over ice and add your desired amount of milk. You can use soy milk too!
*NEVER BOIL TEA and DO NOT use boiling water, do not over-steep
