Taste notes: Sweet, malty, mild caramel
Use 2 tablespoons of tea with 90° C of 700 ml water and steep for 5 mins. Strain leaves out and let cool for another 5 minutes. Pour brewed tea over lots of ice! Add lemon or calamansi and your choice of sweeteners.
*NEVER BOIL TEA and DO NOT use boiling water, do not over-steep
